This is a common 555 timer/oscillator from TI. 

The LN298 is a high voltage, high current, dual full-bridge motor driver designed to  accept standard TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepping motors.

The LM386 is a power amplifier designed for use in low voltage consumer applications. The gain is internally set to 20 to keep external part count low, but the addition of an external resistor and capacitor between pins 1 and 8 will increase the gain to any value from 20 to 200.

The 74HC238 is a high speed CMOS 3 to 8 line decoder.

The ULN2004 are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays each containing seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel rated at 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout.

The 74HC574 is an octal D-type flip-flops featuring separate D-type inputs for each flip-flop and 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications.

The 4511  is a BCD to 7-segment decoder driver. Its function is to convert the logic states at the outputs of a BCD, or binary coded decimal, counter like the 4510 into signals which will drive a 7-segment display.

The 74HC165 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices that comply with JEDEC standard no. 7A. The 74HC165 are pin compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL).
