Creality Ceramic hotend, Ender 3 V3 SE/KE upgrade to Unicorn nozzle
The 360° ceramic heating element not only increases heating efficiency, but also ensures more uniform heat distribution and faster heat transfer. The device reaches a temperature of 200°C in just 40 seconds.
The hotend, thanks to its high flow of 32 mm³/s and enlarged nozzle chamber, enables printing at speeds of up to an impressive 600 mm/s.
Accurate machining without sharp edges on the holes, Smooth inner walls eliminate the risk of clogging: the roughness of the inner surface (Ra<0.4) ensures smooth filament feeding, Tight connections eliminate the risk of filament leakage during printing.
The nozzle and thermal spacer, made entirely of metal, are designed to work at temperatures up to 300°C. The full metal construction allows for quick disassembly and replacement, which ensures versatility in the use of different filaments.
