Returns Policy
GRobotronics respects and protects the consumer from any defective products and purchases in which the consumer is not satisfied. We try to present our products as best and as detailed as possible through pictures and descriptions on our website.
Returns are accepted only when the following conditions are met and after consulting with our company.
The following terms apply only to online purchases completed through our online store based on the European Directive 2011/83/EU (excluding orders that were picked up from the store or warehouse). For purchases made through our network of physical stores, please refer to the return policy that you will find printed in each store or on the sales document.
Return Terms and Conditions
- The products must be in their original packaging exactly as originally received.
- The external and internal packaging of the product must be intact.
- The collection date of the product must not exceed 14 calendar days.
- The product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice or proof of purchase.
- In all cases where there has been a defect in the product, or an agreed feature is missing and not otherwise provided for in the manufacturer's warranty.
- Prior to any return, our company must be contacted, and the necessary document must be issued within 14 calendar days.
- In situations where our company handles the shipping charges for the return of products, these will be accepted only when sent via ACS courier unless stated otherwise.
Product Warranty
If the product you purchased from our company stops functioning within the period defined by the manufacturer as warranty, please contact us by email ([email protected]) to provide you with the necessary instructions. The product can be shipped to our headquarters at the expense of the consumer or delivered to our headquarters by the consumer, provided that the product is accompanied by a copy of the purchase document.
Please pay special attention to the warranty period before purchasing a product. Warranty terms may vary among different manufacturers and among different products. Some products sold by our company are classified as components and not as ready-to-use devices and are not covered by a warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
Shipping Charges for Returns
In cases of a defective product (within 14 calendar days from the purchasing date):
The return of the product is at the expense of our company. The product will be inspected by the manufacturer and a replacement or repair will be provided. The product will be sent back at the expense of our company as well (shipped only via ACS courier).
In cases where the product you received stopped working while under warranty:
The consumer (you) is responsible for any shipping charges for the return. Upon arrival, the product is checked by the manufacturer. After the repair or replacement, the product is shipped back to you at our company's expense.
In cases where you have received a product and wish to return it and receive a refund (within 14 days from the date of purchase):
Return the product following the return terms and conditions stated above. Shipping charges are at the expense of the customer (you). When the product is received by our company, the entire value of the order is returned excluding any additional values that have arisen at the request of the customer. (e.g. additional charges for Saturday delivery)
In cases where you have received a product, and you wish to return it and exchange it for another one (within 14 days from the date of purchase):
Return the product following the return terms and conditions stated above. The shipping costs for the return and the new shipment are charged to the customer.
