Is the product I am looking for in stock?
Please refer to the product page for product availability! From the "availability” field you can see the current availability of both our Warehouse and our Store!
How soon will my order be ready to ship?
If your order includes products marked "in stock" it will be shipped within 1 business day! In case you have selected items marked "upon order" your order will be shipped upon the arrival of the missing items!
What is the fastest way to get what I need?
If you are in a hurry, we suggest placing your order through our website with "Reception pickup". Our Warehouse in Agios Dimitrios holds a very large stock for most of our products and will be able to handle most requests quickly and meticulously! Please wait until you get a "Ready for pickup" notification since our Warehouse reception is a pickup-only spot!
Do you ship to my location?
We ship daily to many locations! If your destination country/city is listed at checkout, we ship to your location! The available shipping options will be automatically calculated during checkout!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Our international shipping partner is DHL.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Orders placed before 14:00 are typically handed over to the selected courier within the same day!
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to modify it. Changes to your order may cause delays in shipping times. Contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email!

Where are you located?
Grobotronics has 2 locations! We ship orders daily from our Warehouse in Agios Dimitrios (also a pickup spot) but we also have a Store in the heart of Athens (Tzortz 26). You can find directions for both locations on our website HERE.
Can I visit you and see your products?
Yes, you can visit our store (Tzortz 26, Athens) during business hours to see our products in person. Please keep in mind that our store holds a basic stock for most products. You can check the store’s availability from the product page!
