This product is a high-precision, integrated, thin-type finger vein module featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F core with an operating frequency of up to 144MHz. It supports floating-point algorithm calculations and a DSP instruction set. The module adopts a fully enclosed design, with no exposed components except for the wiring connector, achieving an IP56 waterproof rating.

The module interface is compatible with the fingerprint industry standards and includes a USB port, making it convenient for integration and development. It is ideal for applications such as:

Finger vein recognition

Unlike fingerprint modules that capture fingerprint images, the finger vein module uses infrared imaging to collect the vein pattern inside the finger and obtain characteristic values for live recognition. It is an excellent choice for users with unclear or missing fingerprints.

Precautions for use

Dust accumulation on the collection window over time may affect finger vein recognition; regular cleaning of the device is recommended.
Use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol to clean the collection window. Avoid using cleaning agents like PCB board cleaners or electric contact cleaners.
Protect the collection window from sharp objects that could cause damage.
Do not use the device in rain, direct sunlight, or in environments with strong magnetic or electrical fields.
Avoid allowing metal or conductive materials to contact or come near the surface of the collection window to prevent physical damage.
