The XTAR Charger VC2 is the world's first lithium-ion battery charger to feature an innovative LCD tachometer display. This charger shows the actual battery power. The VC2 will display the battery's mAh if it is assumed to be fully discharged before charging. Like all XTAR chargers, it can intelligently determine input power and automatically adjust the most suitable charging current (0.15A ~ 0.5). It is compatible with both IMR lithium batteries and small capacity batteries. Both channels are independent, with a bad battery indicator. And like all XTAR chargers, it has overload, discharge, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. Finally, VC2 can bring back excessively discharged batteries.

How to check the mAh capacity of your batteries:
- Step 1: Insert your discharged battery (below 3.0V)
- Step 2: Let the battery charge and notice the 0000mAh displayed on the screen. Do not remove the battery until it is fully charged.
- Step 3: When the battery is fully charged, the screen will show "FULL" and the entire screen will flash 3 times every 10 seconds.
- Step 4: The mAhs on the screen should now show the actual battery capacity.
