The ESP32-S3-A7670E-4G is a high-performance, multi-functional microcontroller development board designed by Waveshare. It features a built-in A7670E 4G Cat-1 / G2 communication module, along with a variety of onboard peripherals including an OV-series camera interface, TF card slot, RGB LED, 18650 battery holder, battery voltage monitoring IC, solar panel charging interface, and more.

Powered by the ESP32-S3R2 chip, the board integrates low-power Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, along with external 16MB Flash and 2MB PSRAM. It also includes advanced security features such as a hardware encryption accelerator, random number generator, HMAC, and digital signature module, meeting the security demands of IoT applications. The integrated A7670E 4G Cat-1 / G2 module provides reliable mobile network connectivity, making the board ideal for IoT, mobile devices, outdoor monitoring, smart home, and other low-power applications.

Provides portable 4G Wi-Fi solution

ESP32-S3 is connected to the A7670E via USB to enable 4G networking while simultaneously activating Wi-Fi AP hotspot, allowing smartphones or other Wi-Fi terminals to connect and access network.


Supports image recognition

Onboard 24PIN camera interface, comes with OV2640 camera. Compatible with the ESP32-Camera framework, suitable for facial recognition.


Supports charging via solar panel or USB port

Onboard lithium battery charging, solar charging, power management, battery capacity measurement, and related protection circuits, supports USB and solar charging with real-time battery capacity measurement.
